This notice describes, in plain language, how regather handles information collected through this site. It says only what we actually do.
What this site collects
The audit request form collects your name, work email, company name, company website, revenue range, CRM in use, and anything you choose to add about where revenue may be leaking. The contact form collects your name, work email, company, a reason, and your message. Nothing on this site is collected silently: no analytics scripts run here, and this site sets no tracking cookies of its own.
How it is used
Form submissions are used to review fit, reply to you, and run the audit you requested. Submissions are delivered to our CRM and to the inbox below. They are not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
CRM data during an audit
The Revenue Leak Audit itself runs under a separate written agreement. Before any audit begins, we state the access method, required fields, permitted use, retention period, and deletion process in writing — and access is read-only, revoked on delivery.
Where data lives
This site is hosted on Vercel and its content is served from Sanity. Standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) are kept by the hosting provider for security and operations.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email the address below and we will reply within one business day.
